Continuous Commissioning® Workshop, presented by the Energy Systems Laboratory (ESL) The trademarked Continuous Commissioning® (CC®) process, developed by the ESL, focuses on the optimization of public, commercial, and institutional building operations. The CC® process is the most complete form of existing building commissioning (EBCx), incorporates and extends the best of EBCx practices, integrates cost effective measures, including operational strategies and processes, as well as cutting-edge tools and technologies developed by the Energy Systems Laboratory. The CC® process has been implemented in hundreds of buildings around the world in various climates. |

TX-PACE Service Provider Training Workshop, sponsored by Performance Services and moderated by Texas PACE Authority – $60 Texas Property Assessed Clean Energy (TX-PACE) is an innovative financing program, enabled by local governments, that empowers private sector owners of eligible commercial, non-profit, industrial, agricultural, and multi-family properties to obtain low-cost, long-term financing for energy conservation, water efficiency, distributed generation, projects and maintain positive cash flow. This workshop is targeted towards engineers and contractors in the energy/water efficiency and clean energy space, but is open to anyone interested in learning how TX-PACE benefits businesses and property owners across the state. The workshop will provide insight into how TX-PACE programs are structured in Texas and include topics such as: technical requirements, application process, capital resources, underwriting criteria, eligible measures, and tools and resources. |
Technology Driving Energy Efficiency in the Built Environment, sponsored and presented by McKinstry – This workshop will provide city, county administrators, facility managers, energy managers and other public sector officials with some of the latest strategies, methodologies, and benchmarks that lead towards a “best-in-class” 2020 Vision for local government facilities. The facilitators are industry experts who will provide solid research and data, highlight emerging relevant trends and describe some of the latest innovations and best practices. Actual case studies and hands-on examples will be discussed by the panel. |
